Zemi Beach, Anguilla

Sugar Beach, St Lucia

Cardea managed the successful re-branding of the real estate at The Jalousie Plantation in St Lucia, which has become Sugar Beach in coordination with The Viceroy Hotel Group.

The Cove Residences at Blue Waters, Antigua

In 2007 the owners of the successful Blue Waters hotel in Antigua announced the launch of 28 apartments for sale called the Cove Residences. Lisa and Naomi were responsible for sales and marketing of the real estate, which sold out in just 8 weeks, generating sales revenue of US$15million.
